Super Finger Licking Recipes for Cheese Sauce Lovers

As the restrictions are relaxing and we are getting back to our normal lives, you might be planning a small party or get-together with your friends or family. I have already planned one. However, you still have to be careful about how close you are and how many people you have over.

The most important part of any get-together is the food and the games. My husband takes care of games, and my department is food.

When preparing snacks, I love using shortcut ingredients, especially when they put you on a fast track to delicious dishes.

Today I am talking dishes than can be made with cheese sauce. Cheesemongers will be happy when you serve up these tasty cheese sauce dishes at your next get-together.

Take a look at 03 of my favorite quick and easy snacks you can make with a liquid cheese sauce:-

1. Baked Potato with Chicken and Cheese Sauce

There are very few people who do not like potatoes, chicken and cheese. It can be made with very basic ingredients, and you don’t need anything fancy.

You need four to five big potatoes, a cup of shredded chicken, some spices and cheese sauce. To make this amazing dish, boil the potatoes and without peeling cut it into halves

Scoop out the middle leaving a thin skin shell. Make a filling from the potatoes pulp, chicken, and spices. Fill in the half-cut potatoes with the filling and top it with cheese sauce. Microwave for 5 minutes and serve.

2. The Ultimate Party Bread

It is almost impossible to stop nibbling on warm pieces of this cheesy bread. It’s one of the best appetizers I have ever eaten.

Ingredients are very simple – a loaf of bread, half cup of melted butter, some dried herbs, and cheese sauce.

Cut bread width-wise into 1-inch slices to within 1/2 inch of the bottom of the loaf. Repeat cuts in the other direction. Pour cheese sauce in between the bread, and you can also add shredded cheese if you want it to be cheesier.

Finally, mix the herbs in the melted butter and drizzle over the bread. Bake it for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven.

3. Sausage Casseroles

I love casserole dishes; they are filling and can be made with minimal effort. It is the ultimate comfort food for winter, but I like to experiment with dishes, so I tried making sausage casserole.

You need to slice sausages, some capsicum, onions, broccoli, and any other vegetable you like. Put them all in a casserole dish along with salt and pepper and mix it well. Finally pour the ooey-gooey cheese sauce and bake it for 30 minutes.
